By accessing or using SillyFarm Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SillyFarm Pro is a business management application for professional face painters. Features include gig tracking, mileage logging, expense tracking, invoicing, and client booking management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any material that violates applicable laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
SillyFarm Pro may offer paid plans or in-app purchases. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silly Farm Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
